2.1 Closed Captioning (CC)
Display closed captioning on Optimum TV, the Optimum TV App and any HD cable boxes.
Use the closed captioning feature on your TV for standard definition cable boxes.
2.2 TTY & TRS
Optimum Phone service is compatible with teletype devices for the hearing impaired. Place calls through the local Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) by dialing 711 from your Optimum Phone home phone.

Get your messages on your computer or receive an email whenever you have a new voicemail message.
